A man from Eugene, Oregon has been sentenced to probation following a plea agreement in a domestic violence case, prosecutors said.
According to the Lane County District Attorney’s Office, Antonio Alex Parks, 30, received 36 months of probation for each of three counts of menacing related to domestic violence.
Probation conditions
As part of the sentence, Parks must comply with several conditions, including:
- No contact with the victim
- 10 days in jail, with time already served credited
- Completion of a domestic violence treatment program
- Payment of a $100 fine for each count

The investigation began after a 911 call on March 1, 2025, reporting a disturbance at a hotel in Portland, Oregon.
