SLINGERLANDS — New York State Police arrested a Slingerlands man Wednesday following allegations he raped a minor in Ghent.
Tufan Oner, 26, was charged with three felony counts of rape after an investigation by the Livingston Bureau of Criminal Investigation. The probe began on March 10 after troopers responded to a report involving a 16-year-old victim in the town of Ghent, according to state police.
