Northampton police and fire officials are investigating a suspected arson fire at the long vacant historic former Mill Race Inn.
The fire was reported shortly before 8:30 a.m. on March 15 and brought under control in 30 minutes, but crews were on scene until noon conducting extensive overhaul operations, Northampton Fire Marshal Frank Fenton said.
