Speed and alcohol are both believed to have been factors in the fiery Virginia crash that left three dead and two seriously injured on Saturday morning.
Officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called around 3:15 a.m. on March 14 to the intersection of Fox Mill Road and Folkstone Drive in Reston, where there was a reported crash.
