BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Buncombe County is hosting a property appeals clinic to help answer any questions about property values, connect owners to tax relief programs and help navigate the appeals process.
According to the release, Buncombe County Property Assessment staff and volunteer real estate experts will host a series of free property appeal clinics.
Clinics will be held on the following days and times:
- March 17 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Sandy Mush Community Center, 19 School Road, Leicester
- March 18 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Black Mountain Library, 105 N. Dougherty St., Black Mountain
- March 19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Big Ivy Community Center, 540 Dillingham Road, Barnardsville
- March 25 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Enka-Candler Library, 1404 Sand Hill Road, Asheville (with Spanish interpretation)
- March 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Southside Community Center, 285 Livingston St., Asheville
- April 1 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Skyland/South Buncombe Library, 260 Overlook Road, Asheville
- April 2 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fairview Library, 1 Taylor Road, Fairview
- April 9 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Weaverville Community Center, 60 Lakeshore Drive, Weaverville
- April 16 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Leicester Community Center, 2979 New Leicester Highway, Leicester
