One person is dead following a fire at a residence in Waterford Township March 14.
Firefighters were called to the multi-unit residence at 10463 Peach St. (Route 19) at about 4 a.m. March 14, according to Erie County 911. Crews arrived to find the second floor of the building, which contained at least two apartments, fully involved in fire, Chris Barber, chief of the Stancliff Hose Co. in Waterford, said March 15.
