Fort Wayne: State of the 6th returns with Booker

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — It will be an update on all things 6th District. For the first time since 2018, a councilmember will give the State of the 6th District address.

“I thought it was the perfect time to bring that back,” said (D) Rohli Booker, Fort Wayne 6th District Councilwoman.

The event used to run every year, by former councilman Glynn Hines from 2000 until 2018. Hines held it to not only recap what happened in the year prior, but also to preview what was coming up and give an opportunity for his constituents to provide him with feedback…
