PICKENS, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office reported two parents were charged during a death investigation involving their two-month-old child.
Joshua Kyle Smith and Courtney Finch Smith were both charged with homicide by child abuse and were taken to the Pickens County Detention Center, deputies said.
Officials said they were denied bond.
