DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Officials in Decatur say recycling services in the city remain paused after a baler failed at the city’s recycling processing facility.
Residents are asked not to place recycling carts at the curb, as recycling collection routes are not operating. City recycling drop‑off locations are also closed.
