Mission police officer shoots, injures alleged burglary suspect outside Target

A Mission police officer shot and injured a person Sunday morning after the suspect had fired multiple rounds, according to the department.

The Mission Police Department was called around 4:41 a.m. to a Target at 6100 Broadmoor St. on a burglary call. Soon after arrival, an officer witnessed someone at the back of the store with duffle bags, according to Police Chief Dan Madden.
