Two people suffered minor injuries after an elderly driver crashed her vehicle into the front of a newly remodeled downtown Shawnee shopping center on Saturday evening.
Shawnee police, firefighters and Johnson County Med-Act paramedics were called to Marigold Liquor, 5917 Nieman Road, just after 6 p.m.
Firefighters arrived to find that a motorist had driven her Mercury Grand Marquis into the front doors of the business, and two people were possibly injured…
