The Village of Maryville announced a major development opportunity at the planned Maryville Town Center, located along the Interstate 55 and Illinois Route 159 corridor in Maryville, Illinois. The mixed-use project aims to create a vibrant, walkable community with residential, retail, hospitality, and entertainment spaces.
