Changes to staffing in PeaceHealth’s Lane County emergency departments have gotten the attention of state lawmakers and prompted strong reactions from healthcare workers and others.
PeaceHealth will end its 35-year contract with Eugene Emergency Physicians to bring in Lane Emergency Physicians, a company set up by management services organization ApolloMD, to staff local EDs starting this summer.
