2 babies rescued from burning vehicle in Ohio crash; OVI suspected

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Two infants were rescued from a burning vehicle after a crash in Dayton, Ohio Friday night.

According to the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at the intersection of State Route 4 and Hawk Road at approximately 11:50 p.m., involving reported injuries and a vehicle on fire.

Officials said Deputy Walter was first on scene and saw two babies trapped inside the vehicle.
