NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — ODU’s staff members paid tribute to the late Lt. Col. Brandon Shah Sunday morning at Constant Hall, who was killed in a shooting that occurred there on March 12.
On March 12, two people, including Shah, died during a shooting at Constant Hall in ODU. After being subdued by ROTC cadets in the classroom, the gunman, a former Virginia National Guardsman named Mohamed Jalloh, died as well.
Employees of Constant Hall returned to the building on Sunday to collected personal items left behind during the shooting incident. While there, they stopped to pay tribute to the Lt. Col. Shah. Staff members brought various items that illustrate Shah’s impact across the community…
