Motorists traveling on Interstate 78 in Allentown should prepare for nighttime lane restrictions starting this week as a PennDOT contractor performs median repair and line painting work.
The work will affect both directions of Interstate 78 between Exit 57 at Lehigh Street and Exit 60 at Route 309 from Sunday, March 15 through Saturday, March 21. Lane restrictions will be in place from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night during the project period.
