Little Rock, Arkansas – Strong winds sweeping across Arkansas Sunday will be followed by a sharp overnight temperature drop that could bring a damaging hard freeze across much of the state by early Monday.
According to the National Weather Service in Little Rock, a Wind Advisory is in effect from 7 a.m. Sunday until 7 a.m. Monday statewide.
