Oklahoma AG opposes clemency for Raymond Johnson in 2007 Tulsa murders
TULSA, Okla. – Gentner Drummond is urging the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board to deny clemency for death row inmate Raymond Johnson, who was convicted of murdering Tulsa mother Brooke Whitaker and her infant daughter, Kya, in 2007.
