BELLEVILLE, Ill. — Two people were arrested after a deadly shooting and police chase Sunday afternoon in Belleville.
According to the Belleville Police Department, officers responded just before 4 p.m. Sunday to the 5800 block of Belleville Crossing to find a 20-year-old man who had been shot.
