WINDSOR, Colo. (KKTV) – A suspect was arrested by Windsor police last Tuesday on a felony charge of possession of explosive device parts.
Last Friday, Windsor police said in a post on social media that on Tuesday, they arrested 28-year-old Michael Foug.
