A former Bucks County woman is wanted on felony animal cruelty after she allegedly moved out of her home, but left her pets behind last year.
The Bristol Township police called the Bucks County SPCA Dec. 24 to a home in the 500 block of Princess Avenue after they were contacted by a landlord who was unable to get in touch with his tenant, according to an affidavit of probable cause
The landlord had not been able to get in touch with Regina Hughes, 44, for two weeks and he worried she had died in the house, the affidavit said…
