PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Canadian tourist’s South Florida vacation ended behind bars after a fraud scheme targeting floral shops was nipped in the bud.
The investigation began in February when the owner of Sweet Dulce Vida on South Jog Road reported over $1,000 in losses from fraudulent credit card transactions, according to deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
