SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) – A worker was killed in an industrial accident on Monday at Ford Motor Company in Sharonville after a press machine turned on while it was being serviced.
On March 16 at about 9:45 a.m., Sharonville police responded to Ford in support of fire and EMS crews for what was reported as an “industrial accident.” Police said a press machine undergoing routine service “turned on inadvertently” and pinned the worker.
After the worker was freed from the machine, Sharonville medics performed life-saving measures and took the person to Bethesda North Hospital, where the worker was pronounced dead…
