CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A line of strong thunderstorms took down trees and power lines Monday, leaving residents across the Charlotte area with a trail of damage to clean up.
The damage left many people wondering who is responsible for the cleanup if a tree from their neighbor’s yard falls onto their property and damages their home or belongings.
