Oasis Hallandale’s East Tower has topped out at 25 stories, marking the final vertical milestone for the two-tower residential component of the 10-acre mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach. The project is designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Giuseppe Iadisernia, with MGM Construction Group serving as general contractor. Upon completion, the full residential program will deliver 500 condominium units across two 25-story towers.
“We envisioned Oasis as more than a residential project; it’s a new center of gravity for Hallandale Beach,” said Giuseppe Iadisernia, Developer of Oasis Hallandale. “The topping out of the East Tower marks the completion of the skyline vision we set out to deliver.”
The East Tower is the second and final residential building within the master-planned development and will contain 250 residences. Units are planned to span approximately 900 to 4,750 square feet. The project’s two towers are positioned in alignment to frame views and create a gateway effect, with curved balcony edges shaping the buildings’ architectural profile.
The West Tower is nearing completion and is projected for delivery in early 2026, while the East Tower is expected to be completed in 2027. Earlier updates indicated the East Tower had recently passed the halfway mark following the structural completion of its shared amenity deck, underscoring the pace of vertical construction over the past several months.
MGM Construction Group is overseeing construction of the development. The firm has cited the project as one of the most prominent mixed-use undertakings currently underway in Hallandale Beach.
“Oasis Hallandale is a landmark undertaking for this city,” said Maria Alejendra Fermin, President of MGM Construction Group. “Topping out the East Tower marks the final chapter of the residential vision and reflects years of coordination, execution, and commitment to delivering at scale.”…
