LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – A 36-year-old Lansing man has been charged in connection with a shooting that injured a 57-year-old man late Thursday night.
According to the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, Matthew Husse is charged with assault with intent to murder and felony firearm.
Officers with the Lansing Police Department were dispatched to the 4700 block of Lowcroft Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. March 12 after receiving reports of a shooting. A person of interest was taken into custody at the scene. The events leading up to the shooting are currently unknown.
