LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Last week, officials in Pulaski County rescued a dog, Diva, from a home. She was found extremely starved and underweight, with little to no body fat.
Diva was then taken to Paws 4 the Cause in Lexington due to the severity of her situation.

Vice President and General Manager Anita Spreitzer said Diva is in one of the worst conditions.
“Diva is probably a score of one on a scale of ten, one being the worst, ten being the best. And it takes a long time for a dog to get that way to be starved,” she explained…
