A Martin County man is facing serious felony charges after state investigators uncovered a massive scheme to dodge workers’ compensation insurance payments. Jacques G. Denomme was arrested on March 3, 2026, following a deep dive by the Department of Financial Services Criminal Investigations Division.
Authorities allege that Denomme funneled money through secondary services to hide his true payroll numbers, a move that allowed him to avoid paying more than $1 million in required insurance premiums over a two-year period.
