VERO BEACH — American Icon Brewery has a new owner with a national vision rooted in local history.
Chris Sellers, a beverage-industry veteran and Vero Beach resident since 1984, purchased the brewery in early September after learning in March that the business was for sale. Sellers said the opportunity aligned with a business model he has been developing to build immersive destinations that celebrate America’s heritage.
Housed in a historic former power plant built in 1926, American Icon has long been one of downtown’s landmark buildings.
