Upstate NY delivery driver charged with felony assault after roadside attack on senior citizen

An Upstate New York man faces felony assault charges after allegedly attacking a 67-year-old motorist who told him that he was creating a traffic hazard.

New York State Police arrested Joseph Lee Blair III, 32, of Rochester on March 7, charging him with second-degree assault, a D felony.
