The City of Ventura’s Earth Day Festival will return for its third year on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Plaza Park on East Thompson Street. The MERITO Foundation hosts the event in partnership with the City of Ventura’s Environmental Sustainability Division, in collaboration with EV Advocates of Ventura County and Downtown Ventura Partners.
“Events like the Earth Day Festival provide a valuable opportunity for the community to learn about local sustainability programs and resources,” said Public Works Director Charlie Ebeling. “We are proud to support this event as a way for residents to explore and engage with sustainability efforts in Ventura.”
This free, family-friendly event will feature more than 50 exhibitors, including government agencies, nonprofit organizations, utility providers, sustainable businesses, and outdoor recreation groups. Attendees can learn about local sustainability initiatives, clean energy, conservation programs, and environmentally responsible practices.
