A traffic stop in Camden turned into a high-stakes arrest when detectives pulled over a Toyota minivan and said they uncovered a large supply of suspected cocaine. Behind the wheel, authorities say, was 50-year-old Domitilo Delgado-Ruiz of Reading, a man wanted in Puerto Rico in an attempted-murder case and previously listed among the 10 most wanted in Ponce. He is being held at the Camden County Correctional Facility while officials work on sending him back to Puerto Rico.
