As snowbanks melt across Syracuse, they are exposing a familiar springtime problem: Trash that had been buried under the snow is now visible across the city.
Even on Mondays, when trash pickup happens in some parts of Syracuse, litter can still be found in many neighborhoods, especially where lingering snowbanks continue to hold debris.
