Grapevine’s industrial scene just leveled up. The first of four warehouses planned at DFW West Logistics Park is now complete, kicking off the initial phase of a more than 1.1 million square foot industrial campus on Euless-Grapevine Road in Grapevine. The newly finished West1 building measures about 200,340 square feet and was delivered as a spec shell with high clear height and multiple dock doors aimed squarely at distribution tenants.
According to Colliers’ online listing, cited by Community Impact, the full DFW West Logistics Park is planned to feature four buildings and more than 1.1 million square feet, with more than 200,000 square feet already available for lease in the new West1 building.
