A new take-and-bake pizza shop is planning to open in Greenfield after city officials approved a special use permit for the business along South 76th Street.
Baba Yayo’z Take & Bake Pizza, proposed by Bassam “Sam” Al-Ramahi, received approval following a public hearing during the Greenfield Common Council meeting on Feb. 17.
Here’s what we know about the restaurant.
What is Baby Yayo’z?
Baba Yayo’z will be a take-and-bake pizza shop, where customers purchase uncooked pizzas to bake at home. Al-Ramahi submitted the proposal under Baba Yayo’z USA LLC.
Where will it be located?
The restaurant is planned for an approximately 1,100-square-foot tenant space inside a multi-tenant commercial building at 4646 S. 76th St. Greenfield city agenda documents show Al-Ramahi also owns the building where the restaurant will operate. It will share the building with Smoke X, which sells vapes, cigars, hookah, Delta-9 and more.
