A man who was shot dead in New Orleans East last week was identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office Monday as 23-year-old Bobby Lavigne.
Officers with the New Orleans Police Department said they found Lavigne and another victim wounded in the 7900 block of Chef Menteur Highway at around 10:40 p.m. on March 11.
