OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Douglas County authorities arrested a man on multiple animal abuse charges on Friday.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the Nebraska Humane Society received a complaint concerning the well-being of dogs in the area of 21st and Vinton streets in February 2026.
