SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A settlement has been reached following allegations that a member of the Sioux Falls Children’s Choir, who uses a wheelchair, was denied the chance to perform during a Foreigner rock concert.
Counter Productions, Inc. has agreed to pay the impacted family $23,500, while also adopting new ADA compliance measures for future performances.
