PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A crash involving two vehicles Sunday night caused one vehicle to fall down a 200-foot embankment, according to Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue.
The crash, reported around 8 p.m., occurred on I-5 near Exit 22.
Crews used a low‑angle rope rescue to reach one vehicle, which fell through dense blackberry bushes. In the other vehicle, officials extradited someone after stabilizing the vehicle with heavy rescue tools.
