MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCSC) — Moncks Corner is asking residents to weigh in on two major developments along Highway 52 that would bring nearly 400 new homes and 75,000 square feet of commercial space to the area.
The two developments would span more than 127 acres combined. The first, along Ben Barron Lane at the Carolina Grove community, would cover 96 acres. The second, located across from Berkeley Cooperative, would cover 31.3 acres.
