CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Last week, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police’s Motor Unit led a speeding crackdown operation along Independence Boulevard that yielded over 100 speeding charges.
Officers across several divisions, along with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office, conducted 144 traffic stops in the 6000 block of E. Independence Blvd.
