VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach man has been sentenced to 27 years to serve for a second-degree murder that he committed in January 2023.
Jaquan Marion Brayboy, 25, was sentenced on charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and possession of firearm by a convicted felon. Brayboy had previously pleaded guilty on Sept. 3, 2025.
