The Cobb County Police Department is investigating a shooting at a Mableton gas station that left one injured.
Around 12:40 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the Texaco at 6430 Mableton Parkway, down the road from Clay Harmony Leland Elementary School, after reports of shots fired, Sgt. Eric Smith told the Journal Monday.
At the scene, officers found an adult man who had been shot and rendered aid on site, per Smith. The man was transported to a local hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries…
