RICHMOND, Va. — All lanes have reopened after a truck overturned on an I-95 exit ramp in Richmond on Monday afternoon.
The truck, which was carrying dirt, according to the Virginia State Police, overturned at the ramp for Exit 79, which leads to interstates 64 and 195.
