University of Rhode Island police said Tuesday that a suspect in a campus voyeurism investigation has been arrested.
“On March 16, 2026, at approximately 5 p.m., officers from the University of Rhode Island Police Department and the Woonsocket Police Department served an arrest warrant for Evan Alexander Bouphavong, age 18, of Woonsocket, R.I., in connection with an investigation into alleged unlawful video recordings,” URI police said.
