The Englewood Cliffs Police Department announced the arrest of Glen A. Luciano in connection with several incidents of reported criminal mischief. The victim reported property damage to residential exterior windows on February 24, March 2, March 9, and March 14, 2026.
Detectives collected surveillance footage and physical evidence from the scenes, leading to Luciano’s identification. He was arrested without incident on March 16, 2026, following a controlled motor vehicle stop.
