Pebble Hills Blvd begins road improvements; expected to last 3 months

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Construction crews have begun road improvements on Pebble Hills Boulevard, expecting to last three months.

The construction started on March 9, and will be from Rich Beem Boulevard to John Hayes Street, with crews placing a new asphalt surface on the road.

City Rep. for District 5 Ivan Niño said crews will begin milling eastbound lanes “essentially removing the exiting asphalt surface.”

Additionally, the roadwork will be completed in phases to allow motorists to travel on the street and have access to Pebble Hills High School. Travelers are being asked to follow detour signs to navigate through the roadwork…
