MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) — It’s been more than a year since we first told you about a teenager in Wauwatosa who wants to change state law to protect animals.
Now, she is one step closer to making that dream come true. Abby Wurzburger introduced a piece of legislation in Madison last week. She worked alongside State Representative Robyn Vining, who represents Elm Grove and parts of Brookfield and Tosa, to make it happen.
