HOUSTON — Two people were killed Monday afternoon after a man crashed a vehicle into a home and opened fire, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The victims were a 50-year-old woman and her 80-year-old mother, investigators said. They were found inside a home on Shoreview Drive near Conroe. Authorities said the victims were the estranged wife and mother-in-law of the suspect, who Montgomery County Sheriff Wesley Doolittle identified as 57-year-old Stanley Earl Hardin.
“Just before 2 o’clock we received a 911 call from an estranged wife,” said Montgomery County Sheriff Wesley Doolittle. “Said her husband was coming to her into her home. He crashed his vehicle into her home.”…
