WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Following a recent string of hit and run crashes, local investigators are using technology to identify and locate suspects.
Jeremy Noel, a forensic investigator with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, said the role of technology in investigations has changed significantly over the course of his nearly decade-long career.
“So when we have a case like a hit and run, we have to utilize the members of the community and the information we receive from them but we also have to utilize technology,” Noel said.
